A bit of explaination for this thread will help others in contributing to it. It seems you're doing some random clicking on TVTropes.com and assigning characters with quick and dirty gurps character sheets?

I have to agree that tvtropes does make for a great source of ideas for character concepts and advantages.

It can also be used for other things, though. Take the Badass Boast, for exemple. I see this being a Noncombat Technique based off Intimidation.

They'd be good for quickie NPC creations. Grab 'n go.

I was thinking extremely loose templates for various generic roles from fiction...

"I want to give this character the feel of The Sarah Jane" *looks up TVTrope loose template; gives all the attributes; builds actual character*

And on that note, my meagre contribution:

http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheSarahJane

Advantages: Attractive

Disadvantages: OPH (Asks questions requiring plot exposition for answers)

[Saying that, I'm not quite sure why anyone would want to play that particular character archetype, given the role in fiction is 'eye candy who asks for plot exposition', but...]

I'd add pacifist to cover her tendency to get captured unresistingly.

My thought as well, but I was referring to more of an instant NPC, for those times when the GM needs one fast. Just pick a trope, attach a name, gender, and motivation, and there you are.

And the screams. Can't forget the screams. What was that advantage, Loud Voice?
