Die at lv9,pick up Cleric + divine intervention next turn??

Hey so i just died at a level 9. I waited for my next turn to pick cards from each pile. I picked up a cleric and a divine intervention..
Can i make myself a cleric and win instantly in this situation?

Yes, as you are getting all your cards at the same time, and that you are allowed to play a Class card immediately, as soon as you get it, you can play Cleric before playing Divine Intervention.
