quick start up question

so me and my friends are new to the game and have a start up question that i couldnt find an awnser to in the rule book what do u do if u dont have a race or class in your starting hand ?

Unless you have a race card, you're human. And with no class card you have no class. Its that simple, just play as you are. Certain items and effects affect the classless and humans. When you do draw a race card or class card, you can apply it.

My one friend has the misfortune of very rarely drawing classes in all our games. We always joke that he has no class. :D
