My final answer (I think):
+70 CF x5 wt -1 Acc +2/die x1/3 range.

Thank you, everyone.

So? Sling bullets are cheaper. Last I checked there's not a whole archetype built around "Heroic Slinger" either.

There could be.

I can't find where he said that. DF1, p.27 gives the direct counterexamples of Steelwraith and Reverse Missiles being unable to stop meteoric weapons, and both of them are usually cast on people rather than the weapons attacking them.

Yes, I know I already covered that. I think that the effects on Shield and Armor are still unclear, though.

Weren't crossbow bolts sometimes made out of solid metal?

TECHNOMANCER p.47's description of depleted necronium weapons says they ignore Armor, Deflect, Fortify, Missile Shield, Reverse Missiles, and Shield, so meteroric iron ought to do the same modulo edition changes.

Except it apparently doesn't ignore Fortify or (probably) Deflect.

Are hollow cylinders so much stronger/stiffer than solid ones that you can ignore the greatly increased density of iron over optimal arrow wood per unit of weight?

I am very dubious of this TL3 hollow cylinder thing. You can beat the iron thin but not so thin that it dents when you grasp it and you'd have to solder it closed and it is the strength of that solder that's the limiting factor on the arrow's stiffness.

You actually gaisned a little areodynamic effiiency whith the thinner shaft anyway.
