Ok, so what is the difference between

Munchkin 7 More Good Cards
and
Munchkin 7 Cheat with Both Hands

(and Munchkin Monster Enhancers for that matter...)

What is the difference, and which should I get to get the most to add to the base set?

The upshot is that if you buy Cheat With Both Hands and the Monster Enhancers booster, you will get all the same cards you would have gotten by getting Munchkin Blender and More Good Cards.

so if you are debating which to buy:

Munchkin 7 Cheat with both hands will be better than Munchkin 7 More good cards.

M7-CWBH is Blender.
To get all of the cards that were in M7-MGC you would also need the Monster Enhancers booster, as Mister Ed indicated.

And to answer the original question, buy Cheat With Both Hands and Monster Enhancers as they are the ones that are in colour, have only Fantasy backs and are also still in print, so easy to find.

Yes, Cheat With Both Hands will be better. Do not get More Good Cards, if you even can hunt it down. Get Cheat With Both Hands + Monster Enhancers, and you'll have all of More Good Cards covered.
