No Bite disadvantage not found

Where can I find No Bite Disadvantage? For creatures with literally no mouth like many machines, golems or biomorphs or horror creatures with sewn mouth? Or anything else.

I see Weak Bite is [-2] but what is No Bite at all?

Unofficial: certainly no worse than -3 points, since it also happens to protect against accidentally taking in some possible Blood Agents.

Not necessary. No mouth is separate Injury Tolerance, maybe perk since you can feed by absorption through your skin or with some proboscis and still can't bite. Or you can be a Machine or Unliving/Undead creature with full No Blood. Or you can feed with liquids poured into some hole in your body (like a car) and still be living creature with digestive system and blood. Or you can be sponge-like environment filter. And, well, there are some cases of people or animals with jaw traumas or other mouth injuries, sometimes even with missed lowe jaw.
Possibilities are infinite.
