Default Minimum device Complexity for reading JPGs? BMPs? MP3? Text?

Greetings, all!

Does anybody know, roughly how much Complexity is needed for a program that can only display or play back these sorts of data (on a dedicated monitor/speaker):
  • JPG or other highly-compressed graphic.
  • BMP or other mostly-uncompressed graphic.
  • Compressed audio (MP3 etc.).
  • Uncompressed audio (WAV etc.).
  • Raw text.
  • Text with RTF-level formatting.
  • Compressed/uncompressed video.

I'm assuming that no more than Complexity 1, but is it possible with Complexity 0 or even -1? (Since Complexity is on logarithmic scale.)

Thanks in advance!
