Your favorite villains?

Similarly to my other threads, I would like like to ask you to cast your vote. Who are your favorite villains? Who has your group been fighting against or would you like to face in coming campaigns?

There are a lot of interesting groups. From the top of my head I remember the following.

Mob (Martian Triads, Maple Syndicate, ...)
TSA (or subgroups of it)
Preservation or Eco-Terrorists (like Negative growth, Blue Shadow, Europa Defense Force, ...)
Biotech Corporations (GenTech Pacifica, BioTech Euphrates, ...)
Pro-Bioroids and SAI (BBF)
Duncanites
Dictators like the Kazakh one
Conspiracies/Sophisticated Cults like Ecoherence or Onos
Brutal Cults like Teca, Xox-Cult
Any other country or state

Ecoherence, Onos, Teca are all from Toxic Memes an excellent book.
