[High-Tech] Voss BC, .22?

Greetings, all!

I recall a weapon back from the VtM/MET days. The name is Voss BC, or 'Body Count', .22 calibre (no idea about length). Out of the many weapons listed, I remember it because it had slight armour-piercing stats (it reduced armour soak by one die due to having some sort of special bullet shape/size). Recently, I wanted to link the image of a 'Voss'*, but a quick search turned up only images of VtM character sheets, some tables, a modern pistol, a rose and, for some reason, Lestat.
Voss BC is also conspicuously absent from world.guns.ru, which usually has all firearms covered in both text and images.
The only meaningful result I've seen so far is this, which isn't much.
Nothing in GURPS High-Tech either.

So, anyone got a link, image, and/or GURPS stats for this little mystery of a gun?
