OK, finally buying 4e... - Page 3

Until now, upgrading to 4e has been an idea deemed financially irresponsible by my household's board of directors. ;)

Recently things have loosened up a bit, though, so I'm finally ordering 4e material.

Any good advice threads for going through this change?

If it helps, my groups play exclusively "Non-Tolkeinoid"/"anti-DnD" fantasy (zero elves, dwarves, trolls, vampires, werewolves, zombies, dragons) in a homebrew "normal-mana" TL3 setting I don't talk about much online. 3e books we used often, beyond Basic & Compendiums, were:
Magic
Fantasy
Bestiary
Fantasy Bestiary
