I'm going to be adding an Imbuements block to Phoenix similar to Techniques and Ritual Magic Paths – don't worry, you'll be able to turn it off and keep them where they are now if you prefer.
My question is thus: where would you expect their block to be slotted by default? Currently, the default ordering is:

I don't use the sheet in anything much like the default configuration, so my preferences are pretty mild. I really want them "near the weapon tables", because an Imbuement user is nearly always using them with Attacks (Dancing Camera example aside) and I tend to use Attacks directly off the weapon tables.
As skill-like objects, however, I'd also consider putting them in and around other skill-like objects that get referenced a lot in combat - techniques and combinations.

That's my inclination as well. Much like Techniques/Combinations, Imbuements are meant to be used in combat; placing them near each other seems natural to me.
