Default Cards in Pants Macabre

Dear all,

I have the Italian version of Munchkin Bites + Pants Macabre, dating back to 2007, and recently I have read that the rules have changed.
So, I downloaded the new rules and was checking the complete card lists.

I need your help to understand the corresponding Italian translation for some cards in Pants Macabre, if possible.

I'd like to have an image or the text of the following Door cards:
  • Flat Bat
  • Gang Grells
  • Gat Bat
  • Gnat Bats
  • Inspiritment
  • Phat Bat
  • Ten Inch Tacks
and of the Treasure card "Go Out for a Bier" in order to understand what is the corresponding translated card.

I suspect the Italian version has more cards than the original English one, more cards other than the four publicly declared ones.
But if I don't count the three Door public ones, I still have 10 Door cards in Pants Macabre, while the list above counts 7.

Any sort of help in my research is appreciated.

Good munchkin to you. :-)

If you want the Italian translation of card TITLES, that is allowable. Posting or asking for actual text or images is completely against our forum rules, and is grounds for immediate and permanent banning from these forums.

Yep, the Italian translation would be enough.

But I have tried to do that, and for the cards above I cannot understand what they are referring to in the Italian version. Not based exclusively on their titles.

For example, some Italian cards that I could not assign to an English card in the official list are:
Mafiostrello, Spalmastrello, Pollastrella, Ministrelli.
They are 4 bat cards.

From their names, I cannot understand which one is the translation of Flat Bat, Gat Bat, Phat Bat, and Gnat Bats.

So, within the rules of this forum, how can someone help me? If not the image or complete text, a loose description of the card could work? For example the level or bonuses? So I can look for those details and assign the right card?

I'm available for any idea that could legally help me.

Ok, looking it up in Boardgame Geek I could match the Ten Inch Tacks's translation. In the Italian version it has been translated as "Megamorte Anthraxus", completely different.

Any feedback on the remaining cards is very much appreciated. :D

.

Going out on a limb here but Gnat = Small and so does Mini. Spalma is to spread so it seams reasonable that it could be flat. Mafio = Mafia so maybe Gat and Phat for Polla.

Again just a guess.

Thanks for your guess Andrew.

Now, without revealing something that could cause a ban, I can tell you that Mafiostrello is a Level 13 monster, while Pollastrella is Level 11, Spalmastrello is Level 9 and Ministrelli is Level 3.
Do you think that with this info you see a sure match with the English versions?

I have found out that the Italian edition has 8 more cards, and I could rule out those ones.
After that, I could match "Inspiritment" and "Gang Grells".

The only doubts that still remain are the four Bat cards.
If no one has to add something on Andrew's guesses, or to refute the levels of those cards I stated, I suppose they are good and can consider my search closed.

Oops, I was forgetting.

I still have doubts on the Treasure card "Go Out for a Bier".
Is it perhaps a Go Up a Level card with a hearse and two animals jumping on its roof?

Yes, it's this one, based on a word play between "beer" and "bier".

Seems like Andrew got them right. In the English set, Gat Bat is Level 13, Phat Bat Level 11, Flat Bat Level 9, and Gnat Bats Level 3.
