Armor: Fine(Hardened) from Pyramid 3/33 Low Tech

This was mentioned in The Deadly Spring in Pyramid 3/33 Low Tech, on page 11. I did not find this in DF, LT or LTC2, and was wondering if it was just something theoretical or if it was from somewhere.

I rather like the idea and might cludge a price together for our DF game if it doesn't exist yet.
