4e Reign of Steel templates

I was wondering whether there is a collection of 4e templates for the suggested Character archetypes in Reign of Steel. If not, maybe we can collect contributions here.

Note the Point Total of 100-125 for PCs
For the purpose of skills etc. I assume that humans are still TL8, even though they will most likely not have access to equipment of that TL, unless robbed from robots, while the robots are mostly TL9 with some of TL10 with AI technology possibly being even TL11.

* Note that this Advantage is noted in GURPS Update but not in the 4th Edition, Basic Set. To reduce point cost, one could also take Resistant to Disease (+8) [8] - only the strongest have survived so far!
** May be learned at TL8 to avoid the -1 TL-Modifier you're going to face most of the time, at the cost of having to suffer a -5 should you get a hold of TL9 equipment.
*** This may actually lead to a positive reaction from the right individual.
The differences between the two "flavors" of Bush Doctor should be obvious

Note that the DJ should still have some kind of Resistant to Disease or Immunity to Disease, as should most PCs to avoid dying two weeks into the game. However, it is not part of the DJ profile.
Lock picking, Computer Security and Computer Programming are for getting access to robot hardware in order to broadcast.
Here I have all the skills at TL9 since a DJ is usually working with robot equipment which will be at TL9.
