Since injury affects the Unkillable character normally other than the HT rolls required to stay alive, it should be assumed that normal rules for Unconsciousness apply. Frinst, as per the General Injury rules (B419), at 0 HP or less you will have to make HT rolls each turn you are active in order to stay conscious. The normal penalty of -1 per each full multiple of -HP applies. If you keep succeeding at the HT rolls, you can continue to act past the point of -5x HP, where normal characters would die automatically.

Thanks, I was not sure. It seemed implicit in the rules, but I did not want to make any automatic assumptions. Your explanation was much clearer.
