Default Brawling and Parry

If a player does not take Brawling and wishes to parry with their appendages in combat, how do I figure that out? I know Parry is 1/2 skill +3. Brawling has no Default. I may be missing it in the Basic Set books.

Thanks for the help.

IIRC, it's half of your DX.

YMMV.

You don't need to use Brawling to attack. You can punch and grapple with your DX even if you have no combat skills. So your normal unarmed parry is DX/2+3.
