Default munchkin: deluxe edition

i see that the deluxe edition is finally up for sale: http://www.worldofmunchkin.com/deluxe/

but what if i only want the game board since i already own the base set? i couldn't find it available separately as i thought it would be.

I am not sure if you can buy it separate but if you could it would probably only be w23. Seems like you should be able to do it though, for the older fans.

This was asked before, and Andrew mentioned that it was likely, though not certain, that the board would be offered separately.

I could have sworn it was mentioned in the Munchkin Chat that the game boards would be sold separately through W23 but that the Gender Cards would not be.

I think it's been made clear that there's an interest in doing so, but if and when is still unclear, and I don't know that Phil resolved even an "if." So, I don't know whether there's a mystery to solve or a definitive answer. Yet. . .
