During this weekend's round of Booty, I noticed that "Three Years of Ick" could not be worn under foot gear. However, "Three Years of Hair" can be worn under head gear, and "Three Years of Dirt" can be worn under armor.
Sooooo, intentional or oversight? |

I think the idea is that the collection of ick is so great it creates its on footgear so as to not fit inside other footgear.

That was my impression when I first saw the card. It wasn't until I saw it sitting next to Three Years of Dirt that I began to question.
I mean, I have 3+ years of hair. I know you can put a hat over it. |

I'd not call it an oversight. Just because one or two cards, even ones so similar in name, have a feature, does not mean that all those cards would have that feature. Also, it's very believable that 3 years of hair and dirt might not affect your ability to put headgear and armor on, but 3 years of ick might very well cause all attempts to shod oneself to fail.

It was intentional.
