I'm trying to stat up a character for a 1930's Cliffhanger (the 3rd ed book is main source of inspiration and what-not, though it's played with GIVE) campaign. I've encountered a problem with his disadvantage "Odious Personal Habit: Devil's Advocate". I.e. he not merely have the quirk but the habit of playing devil's advocate.
The big question I get stuck on is: How often/vehemently/et.c. would he have to do that to merit a -5 or a -10 point version?
