Hireling New Rules

Hi!!!
How exactly does Hireling work under new rules?
Is it like Cheat! with +1 bonus (meaning i can use it for every weapon i want even illegally), or it only gives you the ability to carry and use any big or small weapon you can legally use plus the +1 bonus???

The Old Munchkin-1 Hireling, under the new rules, acts just like a re-usable cheat card, with a +1 bonus.

How does it is reusable? If I lose hireling I lose the weapon and I lose the weapon I lose the hireling because it's not an object and it doesn't have price.

You could always remove the item from the hireling and replace it with another.
A cheat card does not let you separate it from the item.

But once you remove an item do you discard it or can you sell it?

You would be carrying it, so whatever you would do with any other carried item. I am not sure you would be able to swap out a large item if you were already carrying one. Otherwise it would be too easy to give away or discard it.

The Item isn't lost if you choose to have the Hireling use something else. You're just not having the Hireling use that Item anymore. Turn it sideways, sell it, trade it, but you can't discard it.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here about Big Items.

Well.... If you are carrying a big item, and give another big item to your Hireling, then swap that item for another, you cannot carry the item you just removed from your Hireling. So you would either have to give it away to the lowest-level player that could carry it, or discard it.
