Clarification Request - Create Mount Item
For create mount you can enchant a horn or whistle "(b) Horn or whistle. usable only by mages. Sounding the horn or whistle causes the mount to appear as if summoned."
Do you need to pay the casting cost to use the horn or whistle, or is it no casting cost? |
