Default Errata on pp. 115 and 137 of Martial Arts?

It seems to me that there are errata on pp. 115 and 137 of Martials Arts:

On the bottom of the left column of the box on p. 115 it says:
"Injury can't exceed HP/4 to a nose, an ear, or the tendons in an extremity, or HP/3 to an extremity or the tendons in a limb."
Since this is for the cases where biting can cause crippling, IMO the maximum damage should equal normal crippling damage. And crippling damage is more than HP/4 and HP/3 according to p. B420-421 as well as "Joints" and "Nose" on p. 137 of Martial Arts.
I. e. for a HP10 person, 6 (not 5) points of injury are needed to cripple an arm, 4 (not 3) points to cripple a Hand and 3 (not 2) points to cripple the joint in a hand.

The same issue applies to "Ear" on p. 137 of Martial Arts. It says there that "injury over HP/4 is lost" - which shouldn't be the case to be in line with all other hit locations that allow crippling - what is meant is probably that "injury over HP/4 cripples the nose and excess injury is lost". I. e. average Joe can suffer 3 points of injury to the nose, not only 2.

Kromm (or Peter), what do you say?

I'm having trouble deciphering exactly where the discrepancy you're noting is. The injury caps mentioned on p115 seem to match up with those on p137, AFAICT.
You'll probably get a quicker official response if you ask by PM or email.

On p. 115 it says "can't exceed". Meaning for example 3 points of injury maximum in case of HP/3 for a HP10 character.
But according to p. 137 (except "Nose") and p. B420-421 injury needs to exceed to cripple and counts as that many points of injury. Meaning for example 4 points of injury in case of HP/3 for a HP10 character.

In all cases there is exactly 1 point of difference.

Yeah, as per the other thread, on re-reading this section, it seems to me that it's saying that, in those instances where your jaw isn't large enough to cripple the target location, it's impossible to do the amount of damage that would normally cripple the location. If your jaw is large enough, you can do the full amount normally.
