It is indeed, and I was planning on taking Snatcher anyway, even if I didn't add Tracking to Jumper (World)

They both work as abilities of a Crossdimensional Power, and would make perfect sense as Alternative Abilities of each other, although you might need Permanent on the Snatcher in order for items to stick around when you switch over to Jumper.

That's true. After thinking about it a bit, daily newspapers seem like a good bet to Snatch. At the very least, you would get clues as to the local language, not to mention current events.
