I think this almost does the trick. Two questions:

Why does it afflict both *Fertile* and Sterile?
Why is Selectivity in there?

Hm. What about more thorough destruction?

IDHMBWM right now, so I can't price it, but what about something like Affliction: Create (Antimatter) (Uncontrollable).

Selectivity lets you pick which enhancements you are using, so you can pick either Fertility or Sterility. :)
