Here is an attempt at starting to stat out a basic infantry squad for a TL 10 Space Game
There are no disadvantages (beyond duty) listed, but they could optionally have some. They are supposed to be fully equipped, so some suggestions on omissions are needed. It is supposed to be an ordinary fully trained but not elite unit Veteran units will have higher skills and likely more and better toys Some units will be less well equipped and less trained, in particular the Star Republic has been known to omit the squads robots, reduce ammo loads, and issue pistols with pistols stocks as substitute carbines.
