New edition of Munchkin RPG?

Since the old third edition D&D has been superseded, I was wondering if there were any plans for a new edition of the Munchkin RPG. The reason I ask is that I was slightly put off the original Munchkin RPG by the fact that it required the D&D book and dice etc bought separately and probably a lot of pre-planning to get it to work.

Possibly now that the third edition D&D has gone, could SJgames make a completely new Munchkin RPG, with in-house rules that don't rely on an external OGL?

If there was a boxed Munchkin RPG, including all the rules, dice and adventures I would have definitely buy that, and my friends (who are normally scared by RPGs, but love Munchkin) would be much more up for that too.
