Kings Blood rules

I am trying to make a flowchart of kings blood like the munchkin one, but the rules are sometimes confusing.

1. If you a get a event card instead of a child character. Do you still try to put a child card on the married couple after you finished the event card.
Unless the event card ruins the marriage.

2. If the married couple has no children is it okay to marry any of the two married characters again? Or in other words is their marriage void when they have no children.

3. When you play with people do you all lose, if each player gets 10 card they cannot play?

4. Can event cards be played at any time on a players turn, not including during a marriage.

This is all I am really wondering at the moment.
