I don't know. SJ Games have the complete errata, but there may be logistic issues to doing so, perhaps due to the softcover file being a B&W document and the PDF being a color document (i.e., different files). I can only speculate; for a proper answer, you may have to address appropriate SJ Games staffers in the e23 publishing forum!

Indeed. Actually, since a lot - perhaps more than half - of GURPS books are written by non-US authors, a lot of what goes into any book has been filtered and translated through different national mental worldviews before turning into "US-GURPS".
