The rules we found inside the box the game say that if a monster is friendly we can take a face-down room card. When is a monster considered friendly?
Again my apologies for the big number of questions i ask but we argue MANY times through the game and we must start making clear some things! |

That clause of the rules is no longer in effect. When you encounter a monster, even one that leaves you alone, you are not eligible to Look For Trouble or Loot The Room unless the monster card (or other card that made it no longer hostile) allows you to do so.
