Precision Aiming in a Template

Okay. I've been banging my head against this one for a while and haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong. Hopefully, a fresh set of eyes can spot it. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to add the Precision Aiming technique to a template with 3 points added to it. Here is the latest version (which adds a technique to the sheet, but not the points, and isn't defaulting correctly).
