Questions about switching from 3rd edition to 4th

I've played 3rd edition GURPS off and on for the last 10 years and I'm finally thinking about making the switch to 4th. Anybody here have an opinion on witch they like better or if there are any big changes between the two? Also I've been told that they've switched fatigue and hp around so that fatigue is now based on HT and hp is based on ST. How do you people feel about that?
