I agree with munchykin. Ask her out to dinner. Over dinner, say to her "my goal tonight is to get to know you better. It would be a WIN FOR ME if we didn't mess around at all, and just had great conversation." (emphasis mine.) Then see if she still makes it her mission to screw with you, ....
