They actually have four up, cats, though the one you linked is a correction to their first one. I've trained messer with them in real life; I've booked them to do hands on seminars on four or so occasions now. It's a good art. Their video shot in a garage was done on a cold February night, and they were really trying to compete for space with the camera, so it looks kind of constrained. Gladiatores (the guys who did the video linked above this response) also did one on messer, with the weapon showing up in messer and buckler within another video.

It would be pretty easy to break several of the historical European styles down by fechtbuch/master to add a little nuance and variety. We could probably also extrapolate several ancient and medieval styles based on visual sources and the work of serious re-enactors.
