I'm looking to buy e23 settings or self-contained worlds. System-neutral or GURPS is preferred, but I'm willing to try anything.

What are your favorites and recommendations?

EDIT:
I'm looking for made-for-e23-sized settings (not Pyramid-sized articles, not hardback books converted to e23), prefer fantasy or SF but I'm open to any.
