Super Munchkin With No Class?

Hello!
I've used the search feature to try and answer my question about being able to play the Super Munchkin Card or Half-Breed Card without a Class or Race respectably.

I checked the FAQ and this was the closest thing I could find which doesn't really cut it for me.

Q. If I have Half-Breed and one other race card, is my other half human?A. Yes.

It tends to happen a fair amount when we play, somebody gets a Super Munchkin card and wants to play it with no class to reduce their card count (much like you would carry a treasure you couldn't use)

Can you play the Super Munchkin card with no class?
Can you play the Half Breed card with no race?
(I now know not to ask 2 questions, but I figure their the same one)
