Because GUAL is designed to replace cards in existing sets. The existing fantasy sets are duotone, not color.

Also some cards are going to get different text (some Classes, Races, Super Munchkin, ie) in the 19th colored version, the rules are going to get some changes, the boxes will come with a custom dice. This is happening for ALL Munchkin sets. There is where GUAL comes in. GUAL is a set for people who already own all (or most of) the Munchkin sets and don't plan to buy the new ones. So SJGames is giving them the chance to get the new version of rules and cards without having to buy every set again. That's why the fantasy cards in GUAL are not colored.

Does anyone know if the GUAL Pack will come with the special die mentioned with the new color printing? (Hope, hope, hope, wish, wish, wish, fingers crossed, toes crossed, eyes crossed, getting headache ...)

Andrew, thank you for making this GUAL release. I just recently finished purchasing the full fantasy set and did not look forward to having to purchase them all over again.

Not an option we're considering. All future Munchkin cards (and reprints) are planned as full color cards from now on.

I just want the return of KoA in full-color. It's a great idea coming back but with a more balanced system. See ya

And you'll get it, starting with the 19th printing.
