Default I'm lost in Ultra, maybe Bio, Tech

I decided to do some heavy editing of a bio/cyber mod lens but can't remember the machine you use to do this to an adult human, it's stats or even the book I got it from:(
I've been rereading/ searching Ultra and Bio Tech but can't find what I want.

Would it be a variation on a Biofab/ Regeneration tank?
Is time taken for the whole process decided by the longest procedure or a tally?

TL query: if general TL is 11, but Biotech is retarded to 10, would Chrysalis Machines be available or GM's call?

The biomorphic robot lenses are on UT28. There are a bunch of bioroid templates in Biotech. And yes you could make Chrysalis machines available at any tech you want.

Sorry, lack of clarity.
Gameworld backstory may help. At maturity, human volunteers are tested and the best are sent for reformatting, ie massive bio and cyber enhancement.
I can't remember which machine is supposed to be able to do this at RAW TL10 and I'm hoping I didn't just misread or GM-fiat it.

I discovered I had misread the deep learning thing, hence concern re the machine used for the physical editing.

I think it's the Biofab/ Regen machines but I'm paranoid (and being paranoid don't gotta mean I ain't wrong).

I seriously doubt there is one. What you describe is probably multiple surgical processes at TL10.

Right, not surprised considering how wrong I got Deep Learning.
Looks like I may have to suffer some TL11.

Why does it have to be a single magical machine, rather than a course of treatments with Proteus viruses and surgical augmentation?

Proteus nanoviruses? I suppose you could program a Chrystalis machine do to this too.
