What about this situation.... Player 2, is Looking For Trouble and plays a monster. Player 1 decides to play Go Up A Level on himself, since he got this card on the last turn. Does this mean Player 3, who is a Mummy, cannot play Clean your Room and have Player 2 take back his monster, because it wasn't played "immediately"? Even though the GUAL did not affect the monster, essentially meaning Clean your Room has to be done before ANYTHING ELSE is done?

Second part.... Player 2, is looking for trouble again, and places a monster that says to lose a level once encountered. Player 3, who is still a Mummy, discards a card forcing Player 2 to pick back up the monster. Does Player 2 gain his lost level?

CURSE YOU MUMMY.... CURSE YOU!!!! Thanks for the help. =)

Technically, yes, it would then be too late. If there is a valid reason for Player 3 to have delayed so long, then it's probably best to allow the action to be taken in a friendly game, though.

No. You're essentially cancelling the attempt to Look For Trouble. You do this before the monster has any effect.

Thank you for the quick reply... But still didnt follow your response on this. Player was Level 8, looked for trouble, monster takes a level away once encountered (I think it was an evil kitty card?). Other player uses Mummy abilities to force player to pick monster back up and loot room. What level would they be at..... 7 or 8?

I'm saying that the Mummy player should discard the card before the other player loses the level. Or reverse the level loss after the fact. In either case, the player will be Level 8 afterwards.

The card in question definitely seems to be The Evil and you only lose that level if you encounter them. A player forced to undo their attempt to Look for Trouble and instead Looting the Room by a Mummy that discards a card never really encounters The Evil.
