Blender Game Names (list)

Alright, so most of us (if not all of us here) have thought of playing a Blended game of Munchkin, and looking through the threads here there have been some amusing themes put forward for various mixed decks. I would like to make a list of these combination names.

With the (currently) 9 different types listed (I won't count any expansions, Fairy Dust, Waiting for Santa or the Blender set), that makes for a very long list. To get things started, I think it would be good to limit this to 2-set combinations. 3+ combinations could be added later, but this is a start. Here goes:
