The slow, not cheat but reasonable solution is to buy Blank Munchkin cards and make your own. I make several.

What about Super Munchkin and/or Narrow S Cape? I don't have those, but that would be one place I'd have thought to look for a Vehicle or three.

BTW, there are four Vehicles in MI, not three.
