[DF] Enchantment Costs

I've started to go through DF8 in search of errata and have noticed what appear to be some large systematic errors in enchantment costs. Before I submit them, I just want to confirm that I'm not missing anything.

Do are the enchantment costs in DF supposed to be the Energy Cost to Enchant from GURPS Magic time $1/point for Q&D and $33/point for S&S with the threshold for Q&D at 100 points? Is there anything weird going on here that I missed?

Per DF1:30, S&S enchantment is only $20/EP, due to most of the big items being second-hand.
