[Auxilia/Auxbots] Allies with 'G: Synchronized'

Greetings, all!

This a very neat (but likely implausible) concept from the wargame Infinity. There are these these ultra-tech troopers, Auxilia, who have a 'synchronized link'. Meaning that when the two perform actions, they do so in total communion, but the two must take the same Manoeuvre type (even if they have different targets/movement directions). How would you build that?
