Tree-Mendous's bad stuff

Hi. I'm playing russian translation of Super Munchkin and have a problem understanding Tree-Mendous's bad stuff.

It's written in russian something like that: "Lose minimum 5 ranks of power".
What does it mean? Have I to make a note that number of my power ranks is my level + origins - 5? But in this way why the word "minimum" is used? How can I lose more than five ranks?

May be the original text of english card may help me, post it here please.
