In Caithness...

Would an heir to a Lording (status 2) have a Wealth to match his status?

I don't understand how wealth/status/independent wealth work...

For example, let's take a Baron (status 3). He's got land holdings which produce income for him (independent income). Does he also have a Wealth level to match his Status? And does this boost his status further?

How do you guys play?
