Any suggestions for Munich in IN?

I did something foolish - I didn't look at the In Nomine Virtual Atlas before telling my players that their characters want to go to Munich.

(Yves wants them to stay in New York for a while, but Eli wants them to start traveling the world. Neither of them are the Superior of any of the PCs. One of the PCs discovered a lead to what Eli wants, and it points to Munich. The PCs have decided to finish up their business in New York first then head to Munich.)

Now I discover that there's nothing in canon, and nothing that I can find on the web, about Munich in the In Nomine world. It's a no-brainer to put an Infernal Tether in Dachau, but the players are all playing angels, so that doesn't really help...

Any ideas, anyone?
