Following recent oddities in a duel, I was wondering if anyone knew if there was any official/accepted rules for the following fire-related questions:

1) What is the range of a personal fire extinguisher?
2) If a burning car is rammed by another vehicle (which doesn't have fireproof armour), what is the chance the fire will spread to the ramming vehicle?
3) At what point does a blazing car burn out? When all items (components, armour, etc) have lost their DP?

I so love the CW fire rules (not)....
