Default [MA] Pillowfighting Style?

Would anyone care to do a Style write up for this?

I'm not sure what disturbs me more: That I already knew all about this (and in fact know friends of the promoter), or that I seriously considered writing it up once. I'll have to think about it.

Reminds me of

Or maybe Roller Derby before James Cahn made it Dystopian Cool :)

Well, in my experience the pillow can be wielded as a flail or a shield. It gains shield-like advantages to slams, can strike around shields, be thrown like a spinning disc.

Truely this would be a game breaking weapon if not for its incredibly limited damage potential and damage resistance.

There should probably be a skill for smaller throw pillows, bed pillows, body pillows, and the ever lethal tube pillow. Stuffed animals are probably wielded with the same skill.

I would so love to see this written up as a Martial Arts style. It's the kind of thing that my daughter would have her character learn.

Pillow Ninjas in PJs... A campaign of 8 to 12 year old girls who work for a secret government agency using sleep overs as their cover when they go on Covert Ops...

I'd give a pillow sw-1 cr damage w. the no wounding modifier. You might do one HP every once in a while through blunt trauma (especially if you made an All Out/Strong attack) but it isn't going to happen very often.

In some cases, such as a "shield punch," it would be th-1 cr damage w. no wounding instead of sw-1.

I'd simply treat this is Shield (Pillow), Flail (Pillow), and Thrown Weapon (Pillow). These are all separate skills, required specialties, but would default to the regular skills at -3.
