OK, so I was watching Deadliest Warrior*: "Shaolin vs. Maori"
You can watch that episode here. On minute 8:58 they performed a move I actually have seen in Movies (e.g. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) and thought to be bogus. Yet In the show he locks the swords together with their hooks, swings them at a target, slices target open AND catches the sword again. To recreate this move as a Technique I have a question. What would happen if the attack gets parried? Can you still control both weapons or would you loose one? So far what the Attack does: sw+1 cut damage at Reach 2 - Technique: Minor Benefit, temporary increased Reach (-1) It gives -1 to enemy parry (due to its surprise) - Technique: Did I miss that or is this option not available for self created techniques? (-1) If you have any other comments, they are all welcome, but let me mention right away I will not make it a AoA or Committed Attack by default as this can easy be stacked to ones liking. *Its amazing how they can draw conclusions if they don't use the same test to compare two weapons, beside that, its a fun show... ;)
