Mainly, it's that he gets to be a 350-point character with ST 16, DX 14, HT 14, DR on his skin, Higher Purpose, Trained by a Master, primary combat skills at 16, and a bunch of cinematic skills . . . while his foes are fairly realistic mooks with straight 10s, no advantages, and Brawling at 10-12. :D Also, with Stealth at 14 and +1 for the Higher Purpose, he's generally beating the mooks' Per of 10 and attacking from surprise.
