Default [Spaceships] [UT] Use of Microwave Disruptors ('EMP') on ships . . .

Greetings, all!

I noticed that by the description on UT121, Microwave Disruptors have a chance to disable anything electrical, ignore DR of unsealed things, and treat things with RADAR/comm antennas (and other bits) as unsealed. While at first it might not seem like very useful against military vehicles, the fact that it can propagate along antennas and the like means that to be safe, a ship has to shut down RADAR, communications, and even ECM systems. Leaving the target deaf, mute, and slightly more targetable could be quite worth the slot for such a cannon.

So why isn't this weapon listed among Spaceships weapons? What would be the stats?
